Choudhary Power Projects Private Limited operates two major Toll Plazas on the Jammu – Srinagar National Highway. Our aim is to evolve and transform into one of the Next Generation Toll Plaza Operating Company. Our I-TPS (Intelligent Transaction Processing System) has evolved with our own tolling operation requirements and hence, is capable of the needs of the India tolling industry. We have developed a holistic approach to revenue assurance by identifying revenue leakages and plugging gaps in the revenue cycle. CPPPL’s toll revenue maximization efficiency ensures that there is minimal opportunity for leakage. Indeed, we have designed a system of operation in a way that not only protects revenue loss but also to enhances operational efficiency: Systems / IT Audit, Operations Audit, Process Control, Equipment Performance Audit, Internal Operations Audit, Fraud Detection & Preventive measures.

The specialized services offered by CPPPL includes surprise checks by our Inspection teams to keep track of toll plaza operations. It also helps in formulating toll plaza operations policy manual considering the organizational chart of the plaza. Our rotational training sessions for toll plaza staff helps to motivate and improve operational efficiency; route patrols; and incident management.
